Jean Prinsloo started out drilling mines around the world, some of the hardest, most back-breaking ground work there is. Over the past 18 years he has brought that discipline to deep-foundation and drilling work across Greater Boston, becoming a specialist in its bedrock: soldier piles and tiebacks, underpinning, anchors, and drilled shafts. That track record is why Boston brings him its toughest jobs — airport work, one of the largest excavation-and-drilling jobs the city has run, and the transit-line extension. Earth Support & Pile Driving was built on that hands-on standard — do the buried work right, keep the GC on schedule, and stand behind every job.

Field operations follow an OSHA-compliant health & safety program, including required competent-person oversight for excavation, trenching, and rigging.
Prequal-ready documentation
Safety manual, certificate of insurance, and EMR letter are maintained for general-contractor prequalification and supplied on request.
Daily site discipline
Task-specific job hazard analysis, daily toolbox talks, and PPE enforcement keep crews and adjacent structures protected on every dig.
